Account Set-Up & Maintenance Fees
There is a one-time set up fee of $15 per recipient account and a minimum $100 initial deposit required per account. There is also a required minimum balance of $20 per recipient account to keep it open. If the account is closed, there is a $5 account closing fee to process final paperwork.
Funds Disbursement Fees
Disbursement of funds to recipients in the Philippines is managed through RCBC, a Gift of Health & Gift of Learning program partner to provide safe, secure, and convenient remittance services to individuals in the Philippines. RCBC has established relationships with banks in the Philippines to deliver funds in several ways. Per transaction fees are below:

Interest Rates
Donor clients of the Gift of Health and Gift of Learning program will earn interest on account balances in excess of $500.
