Cora M. Tellez
Born in the Philippines, Cora M. Tellez has over 30 years of executive experience in the managed care industry and healthcare financing. In 2004, she founded Sterling Administration, an independent administrator of consumer directed health plans, including health savings accounts, health reimbursement arrangements, and flexible benefit plans. Prior to founding Sterling Administration, Cora was President of the health plans division of Health Net, Inc., an insurance provider that operated in seven states and achieved revenue of $8 billion from health plans. She has also served as President of Prudential`s western healthcare operations, CEO of Blue Shield of California, Bay Region, and Regional Manager for Kaiser Permanente of Hawaii. She is a national spokesperson for consumer directed healthcare initiatives and a driving force behind the adoption of health savings accounts. She was a former board director of Philippine International Aid and a founding member of Filipinos for Social Justice. The depth of experience and the Philippine roots of Cora M. Mona Lisa Yuchengco
Mona Lisa Yuchengco was the founder and former publisher of Filipinas Magazine, the only nationally circulated glossy publication for Filipinos in North America. In 1986, she founded Philippine International Aid (PIA), a non-profit corporation that provides educational assistance to about 2,000 indigent children yearly in Manila and in the SF Bay Area. She is also a founding member of New California Media, a federation of ethnic publications. Mona Lisa serves on the boards of Center for Asian American Media (CAAM, formerly NAATA), Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics, Inc. (LEAP, Inc.), Asian Pacific Fund and the President´s Council Advisory Board of Skyline College. Until recently, she was a board member of the University of San Francisco´s Center for the Pacific Rim, Asia Society Northern California and Seton Medical Foundation. Yuchengco served for two years as a Kiriyama Distinguished Fellow at the University of San Francisco where she developed and administered media fellowship programs for young Filipino journalists. Evelyn Dilsaver
Evelyn Dilsaver is a recognized leader in building highly motivated teams in the public and non-profit sector. From July 2004 to August 2007, she served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Charles Schwab Investment Management where she was responsible for growing the assets from $137 Billion to over $200 Billion in 4 short years while generating $1 Billion in revenue. Prior to serving as President and Chief Executive Officer, she held various senior management positions with The Charles Schwab Corporation since December 1991, including Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President, Asset Management Products and Services, of Charles Schwab Investment Management and CFO for U.S. Trust Company. She currently serves on the boards of Aeropostale, Tempur-pedic, Blue Shield of California, High Mark Funds, Russell ETF, Women´s Initiative, The Commonwealth Club, and other non-profit boards. Cielito Cortez
Cielito "Lito" Cortez is an information technology professional with over 35 years of computer operations and support responsibilities in the education, banking and investment, and manufacturing environments. He has worked with a broad spectrum of organizations to achieve strategic goals and objectives within tight time constraints while delivering exceptional customer service and project management. Lito´s impressive career history includes eight years with the San Francisco Unifed School District, seven years with the Bank of America Corporation, over ten years with Levi Strauss and Company, and several years each with Decimus Corporation and United California Bank.
